• Doors open at 12:30 PM
• Class begins at 1 PM
• Please bring your own mat (the thicker, the better for maximum comfort!)

• Please note that due to overwhelming demand, RSVPs do not guarantee entry. To ensure you have a chance to participate, we recommend arriving when doors open promptly at 12:30 PM. Entry will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis, so be sure to secure your spot and start your Sunday on a tranquil note.
