Grand Opening Celebration: The Charthouse Hotel at Clearwater Beach Marina

Clearwater Beach’s waterfront is welcoming an exciting new addition, and the community is invited to celebrate. The Charthouse Hotel at Clearwater Beach Marina will host its Grand Opening Celebration on Thursday, February 26 from 4–7 p.m. at 40 Devon Drive.

The evening will include a 5 p.m. ribbon cutting ceremony with Clearwater Mayor Bruce Rector and community leaders, along with champagne and hors d’oeuvres from Jimmy’s Island Grill and Iguana Bar. Guests are invited to tour the guest rooms and social areas, explore the marina-front pool with cascading waterfall and oversized hot tub with rainfall mister, and experience the property’s waterfront setting directly on the Clearwater Beach Marina, complete with ten dedicated boat slips for those arriving by water.

Inside, the hotel reflects the spirit of the Gulf Coast, featuring mural-sized photography by local photographer Vicki Norton displayed throughout the social spaces and curated artwork in each guest suite. The celebration also offers a preview of the waterfront dining experience at Jimmy’s Island Grill and Iguana Bar, serving fresh Gulf seafood and tropical cocktails in a relaxed marina-front setting.
