Social Element: Cultivating Connections. An evening at the Farm

Join us for our event at 15th Street Eco Farm, near downtown St. Pete! Socialize and connect with others who wish to learn more about a new aspect of wellness while immersed in an inspiring urban farm.

Our two hour event will be centered around the importance of improving the quality of our relationships through a reframing of our current definition of wellness. We’ll discuss topics related to the work of Dan Buettner and Blue Zones, specifically sourcing locally grown nutrient rich foods. We’ll experience a tasting of vegetables and herbs grown on the farm as well as charcuterie. We’ll offer non-alcoholic beverages and herbal tonics made from the farm.

Our mission is to bring together a community of passionate wellness enthusiasts who are eager to learn, share, and engage in meaningful conversation.
