Yoga with live music is back, in one of our favorite spots: Cage Brewing! Join Katelyn Grady, and a rotation of other teachers of The Body Electric Yoga Company for a moderately-paced flow in the great outdoors. Each week will have local live musicians. Come rain or shine, you’ll have a sweaty good time, and leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and recharged. Afterward, belly up with some of Florida’s best-tasting craft beers, ciders, and seltzers with your fellow yogis.
