As the sun melts into the water\, you’ll be guided through a feel-good\, all-levels movement experience blending yoga\, somatic flow\, and intuitive movement (even a little dancing!) set to live acoustic music by Chris McCarty. \nWe’ll begin with gentle\, energizing movement to shake off the day… then ease into a dreamy second half with grounded\, slow movement and poses to help you unwind\, reset your nervous system\, and soak in the sunset vibes.  \nThis is a chance to slow down\, connect to your surroundings\, and move in a way that feels good in your body.
