Sauvignon means savage in French. Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc are savage grapes and are the inspiration behind our restaurant name. I will bring my years of education and experience along with the great staff here at Sauvignon to bring our guests and friends a truly memorable experience.
